There is no registration fee, but decoration and home staging services must be paid if necessary and, although we help in the management of obtaining the license, this must also be paid by the owner.
Apart from everything mentioned above (advice, 24/7 attention, portal management, etc.), we also offer access to an extranet so that you have control over all reservations and amounts so that you have full control over your rental.
With our help and the tax advice service of a specialized company, the owner must register under heading 681.2. Likewise, these returns may be declared as “General base real estate capital”.
At Kabia Management we work with the main tourist rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Holidu, Vrbo, etc.) and on our website to publicize your tourist home.
Being a transfer model, Kabia manages the amount of the reservation and, through the extranet, the owner will have access to view the amounts, reservation days, etc
Kabia Management selects the ideal guest to avoid problems. We set a minimum age to qualify for the reservation, always ensuring the well-being of the property and the community of neighbors.
The guest pays directly to Kabia Management and, at the beginning of the month, a self-invoice will be issued to the owner with the corresponding accruals for that same month.
For the tourist management activity of a property, it must have the corresponding license that we manage at Kabia so that the owner does not have to worry about anything.
Kabia Management will be in charge of dealing with all kinds of incidents, including police records if necessary.
The locks have unique entry codes, different for each owner, so the access links will be sent via email and, once the reservation is complete, these codes will be modified.
